14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@pixandstix.com.au to obtain instructions on how and where to return your purchase.

Conditions for Return

Please note the following conditions for initiating a return:

  1. Contact Us First: Customers must email us at contact@pixandstix.com.au to receive instructions on the return process before sending back the item.

  2. No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

  3. Customer’s Responsibility for Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

  4. Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  5. Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will require proof of purchase to be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
